Here are some examples of our work with clients

  • When hired by a manufacturer whose sales had declined for 3 years in the Government Market, we created a positive sales strategy for dealers and emphasized Government sales.  As a result, we increased annual Government sales by 22% the first year.
  • A material handling manufacturer had experienced stagnant Government sales for several years.  When hired, we identified untapped sales opportunities and identified new customers.  Sales increased tenfold the first year and doubled the second year.
  • A manufacturer had been shut out of a procurement by a sole source determination.  We reversed the determination and redefined the purchasing requirements.  The manufacturer then won the procurement resulting in $3 Million in new sales.
  • An established Government contractor had been unable to penetrate a specific market segment.  We identified specific new requirements applicable to the contractor's product lines and captured new sales of $2 Million in the first year .
  • A manufacturer developed a product that had produced few sales in the Government market.  We identified new sales opportunities and promoted the product aggressively.  Annual sales of the product increased from  $100,000 to $800,000 in the first year.
